In addition to the business communication skills, I also assist my clients with their speech production and speech clarity.

What areas of communication do you work in?

I work with immersion listening skills, nonverbal communication, verbal expression, speaking clarity as well as accent reduction enabling my clients to improve their professional development and business growth.

Tell me about each of those areas.

• Immersion listening goes beyond active listening. It includes those active listening behaviors but in addition to that, it is an empathic and sensitive listening style so your communication partner knows you care about them.
• Nonverbal communication includes body language, gestures, eye contact and facial expressions.
• Verbal expression is helping someone to be clear and concise with their message.
• Speaking clarity is an area that I assist clients with to improve their articulation and enunciation of speech sounds and words.
• Accent reduction is for speakers of English as a second language. It doesn’t eliminate the accent, it reduces the accent to increase speech clarity.
